disappearing items

I have been mining iron ore and silver ore with my mining pick. But when i click the item "iron ore" it i get a message saying iron ore received. But it doesnt appear in my backpack it just disappears! Same with silver ore and the same with torn cloth (when i kill imps too get torn cloth same thing happens).

If you have a pile in your bank, I think it goes there.

how many iron ore do u need to make iron chunk, and how much torn cloth do u need to make worn cloth?

10 ore for a chuck.. 20 cloth for a worn. then 10 to make cloth etc etc
