Unable to claim wall posts and unable to post wall posts

I been plagued with this since i started playing the game. 3 seconds even after it's posted I'm coming up with "it's gone" or "your quota has been made."

I'm not even finding chests to post and can't even post my level up either which is suppose to contain one. Quit putting in new content till you fix the broken content!
