My "Fan" Prize Never Showed

I did the whole "click like to become a fan" but never received my Fan Only prize, I believe it is a hat? I have waited several days, and still nothing. I continue to check my ingame email everytime I log in, but nothing. What am I doing wrong?

I even did it while logged in via Facebook. I always play via FB. And now, I cant even get FB to log in, I click "play now" and it says its loading a connection, but then just sits there. Are the servers down as well? I am so frustrated. Please help.

Yes servers are indeed currently down, no idea when they'll be back up.

You may need to reset your facebook linkage. Please keep in mind that this will reset your fellowship members back to zero as well though readding is pretty quick and easy.

Thats ok, I dont HAVE a fellowship lol. Im a solo fighter, unless someone I PHYSICALLY know is playing, I am the same way when I play WOW. Thanks
