Why I cant heal my self anymore??

I think that when I use "Lick your wounds" skill... it doesn't work..
It removes the 18 of stamina but it doesn't heals...
Now it's harder to battle I think
I thought that it was a momentary bug.. but stills there... I had the same problem for 4 days! :S
Anyone had this too?

Does that Heal Skill load when you click it?
Does it show a number in white above your head after you click it?
