Login and Loot

1. When I first go to the website (Fantasy Online - The Flash Based MMORPG) it all loads fine, and I have been able to play for the last few days. But today I came on, loaded the site, and clicked Play Now. It seemed to load but then where the gamescreen is it just went black and never finished loading. I know it's not my software because I am using a brand new computer and have all the updates. Any ideas?

2. On occasion when looting a monster (or whatever) I find that there is something to loot but the picture doesn't show up, making it appear to be nothing to loot. Also I once had this happen and it claimed to be the Henching for dummies book and instead I got a sword. I think it was a trainer sword but I don't remember because I sold it. (Being a mage I had no need for it.) Any ideas why the picture doesn't load fully or properly? Does anyone know why I got a sword instead of a henchmen book??

Both issues sound like lag to me.

It is not lag. I am having the same issue with the login today. Tried main site, kongregate, and FB.
