Can't Sell Items from Inventory

I have tried two different merchants. Holding either of my shift keys and clicking does nothing. I play on a Mac if that has any relevance. I approach the merchant, click on him, when the yellow words saying press (shift + click) to sell, I do that. I've tried Shift+click/double click/triple click. I've used command/option/control/function + click. Nothing seems to work. I may be new to the game, but I'm no stranger to basic computer prompts. I know how to shift + click.

Does anybody know what I might be doing wrong? Or is this a bug?

No idea on this one. I'm on a mac as well, laptop specifically w/ a usb mouse. Shift-clicking to sell works fine for me.

That's too bad :-/ I really like the game, but there's no point in looting when you can't sell it. I've been trying everything and nothing is working.

I had this bug. Pressing "shift" causes the game to freeze as long as you're holding it down, so nothing happens when you try to sell.

Then I updated my Flash player and it works now. c:

I just updated my flash player and I don't know if that was the problem but I can sell things now! You are a life saver! I will remember you when I become president or super rich!
