Gems for survey participation

I just wasted about 30 minutes trying to complete 3 surveys to get gems. One I completed, but received no gems. Another I failed to qualify for, but it said I would get the reward anyway (which I did not). The last one, I filled out til the end and it said I was screened out of the survey for demographic reasons.

To date I have 0 gems when I should have almost 40.

Ridiculous.

Did you check if they're given out right away or need a certain amount of time to be processed?

We don't have any part in this, the game offers these surveys and special offers via TrialPay but its up to TrialPay to approve and give out GEMs.

edit: I'm not an Admin so I don't deal with this, perhaps Gamer or Spaded (both admins) can provide the right answer and perhaps a solution to your problem.

People have abused the survey system on Facebook so much, it has become pretty much impossible. I take the same surveys on Kong, and I get through and get Kong Kreds 10/10 times.

On FB half the time I'm 30-50% through and I get disqualified. The other 50% of the time I can't even get to the quiz before being booted. I actually take the time to read and answer as best I can. I haven't been able to complete a survey on FB is two months.

I have no solution for you, expect I feel your pain.
