Glitching quest

I am experiencing a glitch on a quest in the Swamp Grotto. The quest is Scorpion Extermination and the problem is only four kills counted toward the count then it stopped. I've tried disconnecting but still just frozen at four. Not a big deal I guess but figured I'd let you know.

This also happens for the "Thinning the Ranks" quest as it occasionally doesn't count Evil Recruit kills... It's not a big deal but I figured I'd bring it up.
