health regen

If you click character and equipment, and then look the stats on strength it say it gives "+health regen"

I boost my STA and STR, do not care about my AGI or INT for the moment.

But I often see other, who is lower level then me heal more then me. I asked one of them for their stats. He got much lower STR and STA then me, but more AGI and INT. He told me that health regen was decided on you AGI level...


Is that true? Does STR give anything then just better weapons? I feel cheated if I do not get the health regen the stats say I should have ._.

Both Agi and Str give health regen, they say.
Not to forget that Agi gives +Dodge, +Crit and +Dmg for Agi-Weapons. Which makes it allover superior to Str (and Int) I guess.
