Default Emerald Plate crafting bug
It seems that when you come and see Marvin with a Reinforced Plate and an Emerald (with also 1 of each in your bank), he first grabs the ones in your bank
Obviously, that's not why you brought the items with you all the way. If it were that simple, FO should invent a phone to call to Marvin next time.

Just go to any crafter without any material... you don't need to bring them if they're laying in your bank.
