Below 0 Stats and skills

I'm currently at -60/-60/-60/139/10 on this picture:

Now, talking about skills, I can't use any skills with this configuration, even if I have the MP. It's all about skills that have no requirement (or only lvl req.)

negative health regen ftw

but srly i would like to keep the weapon that way... i missed negative damage and stuff like that alot when weapon damaged changed to highest stat instead of atr/agi/int based ^^

only the no skill casting possible is annoying :/
