Loot problem #2

Same thing as one of the older posts.
I always click to get the loot after I JUST killed an enemy.
I see the loot (like a Russian hat: worth 1k) but I can't seem to get it.
MORE IMPORTANTLY!
I realized that I cannot change any equipments yet I could walk around, tele, etc...
I change equipments quite often so I don't know what happened.
Solution for now?
Refresh and relogin.
