Default Crit bug

At high levels of critical hit percentages, the buffs seem to only be giving half of what they have to give. For example ls6 gave 6% crit instead of 12%, and young wyvern gave only 8% crit increase.

Not a bug. Crit dimishes at higher levels to keep the game balanced. I don't remember exactly but crit being halved after 40% popped into my head. There are several forum discussions from when the crit nerf happened, you could poke around if you wanted to be sure.

Any addition critical percentage, after 60%, is applied at half.

If you're at 60% and you use a buff that would normally give 10%, you will end up with 65%.

yes hes changed it, but its not balanced anymore. lets hope he gets some help n gets things right.
