<cough> Meh, I'm just used to games that allow you to filter profanity if you want to, like WoW, or games that don't filter at all, like Tibia. Despite this game obviously having been designed for kids, I think it's unfair to kick somebody who forgets for a split second that he can't use profanity.

I tend to hate cursing filters.
for instance, if you say "If u can...." it will most likely be filtered as "****" (ie "fuc")
It gets annoying.

Cursing filters are a hell of a lot better than spontaneous kicks and bans.

I'd have to agree that filters and mods are better than randomly kicking. I was booted for saying "****y." Really, FO? And now when I log in I can't cast or attack... Is this correct? So far it's done nothing positive except maybe keep me from spending too much time on my first day playing this.

Yesterday I whispered "hey man wanna go kill some skeleguards?" to another player and was immediately kicked for allegedly swearing. I guess I typoed something in my message that tripped the swear filter. Still sucks though - I don't even know what I wrote wrong : (

Hopefully if a real human being gets involved then they will have access to the original chat logs so they can see what was intended as a swear and what wasn't.

Yea, its cause its hiding in the sentence. Like say (grape)
