Yes. If you’re playing a game or using an app that you access using your Facebook login, you still have to use your real name and identity. Whenever you use your Facebook account, you must follow these guidelines:

You can only have one Facebook account, based on your real first and last name.
Do not contact strangers for the purpose of gaining an advantage in a game or app.
Do not import contact email addresses for the purpose of mass contacting other people using the same game or app."

Obviously it should be noted that many of us use alt accounts or have FO related Facebook accounts for our characters. While this has been against Facebook's "rules" for awhile now, they are apparently starting to pay more attention to this.

It would be very, very advisable, that if you opened your account on facebook, that you either make mental note of your password, or otherwise associate a real email address with your FO account and change your password here on the forums to something you can remember.

If Facebook bans your account and you cannot access it b/c you don't know the password, we cannot support you. Nor will we award another account whatever items/gold/gems/etc that you had on that account.

Facebook can F'ing EAT ME!
I'm NOT giving them my real ANYTHING.
I'm so damn tired of the recent uprising of companies, corporations, etc. wanting to rid the internet of it's anonymity.
My FO account is safe, I don't even normally play there, I just linked up an account so I could get fellowships and gifts.
I actually, personally, HATE Facebook. I just tolerate it enough for FO related stuff, and never use it in any other way.
If they keep this up; it won't be long before they go the way of Myspace.

fb is a garbage place with tons of stupid ads. that server is evil man. no one cares about the real stuff there... you watch stupid ads that is more than enough.
