I'm spelling out all the definitions here because I'm starting to get annoyed with all the random postings in the wrong forum sections. If you have a problem, the first step is to determine what that problem is. Is it a "BUG," "EXPLOIT," or are you in need of "SUPPORT?" BUG - a bug is a problem wherein the game does not function as intended. This may mean graphics do not display correctly, or you may become stuck in the terrain. If you find a problem with the game, it is most likely a bug, and you should post it in the bug section with a detailed description so that it may be corrected. EXPLOIT - an exploit is a problem wherein a player is able to gain an unfair advantage against other players, or is able to circumvent certain game rules. Not all bugs are exploits, but all exploits are bugs. If the bug you find does not affect gameplay and does not give you a significant advantage, it is not an exploit. SUPPORT - You use the support section when bugs cause you to lose items or progress, mostly having to do with gem items. When you use the support forum, you're saying that your problem requires direct attention from an administrator. Also note that Mods cannot help you with gem related issues, only administrators can.
