my advise is to just log out and log back in. remember the arrow keys and asdw dont work to control your sprite. its all done with the mouse.

next time please try to post bugs like this in the bugs (http://www.fantasy-mmorpg.com/forums/bugs/) sections of the forums.

if this seems to keep happening to your friend over and over. make sure to say who he/she is.

Did he try login out and back in?
The stuck command?

If that didn't work, can you provide a bit more detail on how he got that way or since when he hasn't been able to move.
